CK Technologies goes beyond molding to give you a finished system. We have in house capabilities to finish both interior and exterior components and systems to exact specifications. Our finishing capabilities include plating, prime painting/ monocoating and base/clear coat applications.
Plating
CK Technologies facilities in Michigan, Kentucky and Taiwan offer electroplating capability to create a bright, decorative finish that meets or exceeds customer paint and chrome durability specifications.
Prime Painting/ Monocoating
CK Technologies’ facilities in Ohio and North Carolina have the capability to prime paint finished components. The parts are prepared and ready for assembly or base/ clear coat application.
Base/Clear Coating
CK Technologies facilities in Texas and North Carolina have the capability to custom match body color to the parts painted at the OEM facility. Our DuPont Elite mixing system allows us to mix custom colors in-house, no matter what your color requirements. There are more than 8000 possibilities to choose from!
