CK Technologies LLC was founded on April 29, 2002 as a joint venture between Tim Kline and the Cascade Engineering Family of Companies.
Tim Kline brought a strong heritage in injection molding dating back to his days as the President of Bryan Custom Plastics (Plastics News Processor of the Year 1994). Bryan Custom Plastics was one of the original pioneers in bringing large part thermoplastic solutions to the Commercial Trucking & Bus Industry. CK Technologies still retains most of the design engineers, process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality engineers from the original days, and they are now the leadership for Innovative Truck Solutions.
Cascade Engineering was founded by Fred P. Keller in 1973 as a developer and manufacturer of large scale injection molded products. Keller is still the chairman of Cascade Engineering, a company recognized as an innovator within various industries.
Today, CKT is lead by Mark Miller as President, while both Tim Kline and Fred Keller reside on the Board of Directors.
